There are Bally’s, 24 Hour Fitness and all kinds of these clubs that you can join and pay big monthly membership fees for. They have all these nice fancy machines that will exercise every muscle in your body IF you get off your duff and go use them, But if you don’t go and use all these expensive machines at these high membership fees clubs, they won’t do you a bit of good.

The best weight-loss program is and always has been burn more calories than you take in. That is the only program that really works. If you tale in 5000 calories and burn off 3000 calories, you have a 2000 calories excess. What happens to excess calories? In 99% of the people those excess calories go right to the stomach, hips, and thighs. You can take all the pills you want which are not really very healthy a lot of times but it still comes down to burning more than you consume

The new pasta diet is probably a pretty good one. You simply walk “pasta” the dessert, walk “pasta” the refrigerator and walk “pasta” any thing that is fattening. Sounds like a good idea to me. If you don’t eat it, it can turn to fat.
