Imagine being able to walk along a beach, in your new swimwear, having people admire your trimmer, healthier new physique. This was one of my dreams.

How can it be possible to get to this desired level we are all looking for?

Unfortunately a lot of companies out there in the Weight Loss market are missing the boat in the Weight Loss arena.

Why am I making this Harsh comment? Because it has proven itself time and time again. Take a look at how long some of these companies are around. A lot of them come and go, why would this be the case if their product was “SO GOOD”, you have to ask yourself this question. The point is that no matter what the product is there are a few other steps that have to be taken.

Do you want to know the truth or simply get some glossed over marketing pitch?

To make it possible for this article to ASSIST or GUIDE as many people as possible, that have a weight issue, I will ONLY give you my Truth as it should be told.

The answer to Weight Loss is never one pill or two drops it has to be a lifestyle change. Yes, losing weight has to be a lifestyle change. Think about it – the excess weight you have stacked on has been due to what, your lifestyle. If currently you love to snack between meals you are not doing your body any favours nor your scales. Eating Fast food will only make you Slow (I had to say it sorry!). Yes it is true when you consider the benefits you get from most Fast Food, firstly you get high calorie intake followed by bad cholesterol and a bad case of overeating due to all the great chemicals they tend to put into a lot of the Fast “Food” and in this case I use the term very lightly.

Instead of going to that mall for some fast food why not get some Fruit juice. The point I am making here is that you will have to change your lifestyle or you will never maintain the success you could have with your Weight Loss program. The main issues with most people undergoing a Weight Loss program is that they do NOT drink enough water and eat less highly processed foods.

Remember that our bodies are processing our foods and if we eat too much, the body will store any additional intake as FAT for later. Now if we start a Weight Loss program our body will have to access some of that fat for processing (more in a moment about this). All processes in your body have waste. It is this waste that YOU MUST FLUSH from your body and this can only be done by drinking more water.

Why would your body suddenly even want to process all your stored fat? It does this only when you do more physical activity and it needs more energy and can not get sufficient from the amount you eat. When you get to this stage and you DO NOT eat more you will start to lose weight.

I am not saying that you have to become an Olympic athlete or go to a gym 5 days a week for 8 hours. What I am saying is that you need to do more physical activity in your Life Style compared to what you are doing now. If that simply means that you take a short walk to begin with, that will be a start and get you going, as long as you increase your current level of activity. It is at this stage that people fall down in their Weight Loss Program because they want the results now and not in a few weeks. They feel that they must become gym junkies and as that is TOOOOOO much of a change and too much of an effort they stop and FALL back into their old lifestyle. What is the result of this stumble; you stack all the weight, which you might have lost, back on and in a lot of cases you actually put even more on.

What I have found is that the longer lasting results did come from a change in my lifestyle which included these steps:

1. I started to go for walks (short to begin with and slowly increased the distance and pace/speed),

2. I drank more water (by the way the additional trips to the restroom are a good addition to the physical activity if nothing else),

3. I reduced my fast food intake and introduced my Body to a Fruit Juice that has some 19 Fruits in the blend to get some goodness back into my body.

4. I resisted the snacking between meals. It is not an easy step but I have come across some very effective
