How I Lost 30 Pounds – Lose 30 Pounds Easily!

If you want to know how to lose 30 pounds, you are obviously looking to lose a bit more weight than those who are trying to lose 5 or 10 pounds in a week just to fit into some article of clothing or look good for an event.

The good news is it’s not too hard to lose 30 pounds. I did it a number of years ago and you can too if you follow these simple steps.
