It had only been a few months since the birth of my son and while it was more work than I had expected, it was wonderful. Can there be anything more special than this tiny person that is suddenly the center of your world? Not a chance.

How I lost the weight I gained during pregnancy and got back my figure! I am one of those lucky females that do not have to watch there weight, and therefore it was rather easy for me to lose the weight I gained during pregnancy. But not totally effortless, I still had to do some of the work.

With my first child, I went from a small 55 kilograms (121 pounds, 8.7 stones) to whopping 74 kilograms (136 pounds; 11.7 stone). My dress size went from a NZ / UK 8 to 18; US / CA 6 – 16. For someone of my size this was a huge shock to the system. Surprisingly, to me, it all (or most) of it went on my tummy baby and all.
