It is not the fact I do not know how to lose weight, it is the effort I have to put into it that makes me want to hang my head and cry, and of course the only weight you lose doing that is water which quickly builds back up.

In fact I think I have about forty pounds of water in my tear glands because every time I think of,’the good old days,’ ‘what’s for dinner,’ etc. they spring a leak and, wala, five pounds are gone in no time.
