How I lost the weight I gained during pregnancy and got back my figure! I am one of those lucky females that do not have to watch there weight, and therefore it was rather easy for me to lose the weight I gained during pregnancy. But not totally effortless, I still had to do some of the work.

With my first child, I went from a small 55 kilograms (121 pounds, 8.7 stones) to whopping 74 kilograms (136 pounds; 11.7 stone). My dress size went from a NZ / UK 8 to 18; US / CA 6 – 16.
