There are so many miracle weight loss machines and pills that is really easy to lose weight. Yeah right! The most important thing to remember about losing weight is to have dedication and patience. If you set off to lose 20 lbs in a month you may or may not do it but chances are you will burn yourself out either way. Set a constant goal of 3-5 lbs a month and look at where you will be in a year.
Take these simple steps and I can guarantee you will lose weight:
1. DRINK WATER- Not only does your body run more proficiently on water but it will save you over 200 calories and some sugar intake compared to a 20 oz soda.
2. EAT ALL THE TIME- Thats right it should seem like your always eating. Try to consume 6-7 small meals a day. This will make your metabolism surge. Try not to eat for at least 2 hours before bed.
3. BALANCED WORKOUT- Try 20-30 min of cardio(treadmill, aerobics, etc.) 2-3 times a week and try to get a full body workout a couple times a week. Start off at paces you feel comfortable at and then challenge yourself to do a little more each time, either a faster pace or more time. Your workouts can be done at home just with simple push ups and lunges up and down the hallway a couple times should have great benefits.
